We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing strategy and drive brand growth in the UAE market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns, generating qualified leads, strengthening brand awareness, and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, Google Ads, social media, email marketing)
Manage and optimize company website and online presence
Generate and nurture leads for residential, commercial, and industrial solar projects
Oversee content creation including brochures, case studies, blogs, and social media posts
Coordinate marketing campaigns, exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights
Track campaign performance and prepare detailed marketing reports
Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution
Collaborate closely with sales and technical teams to align marketing efforts

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA is a plus)
4–7 years of experience in marketing, preferably in renewable energy, construction, engineering, or technical industries
Proven experience in digital marketing and lead generation
Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, social media platforms, and analytics tools
Experience managing marketing budgets and campaigns
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Creative thinking with strong analytical abilities
Knowledge of the UAE market is highly preferred
